Our showroom machines
HAAS DC-1
The DC-1 is a traditional-style drill/tap machine with a 10,000-rpm BT30 spindle and high-speed turret-style tool changer to minimize cut-to-cut times and shorten cycle times. The machine’s one-piece, extra-wide base provides stable support for heavier parts and fixtures, and the wide-stance triangulated column increases overall rigidity.
HAAS UMC-500SS
Five-axis machining is an effective way to reduce set-up time and increase accuracy on multi-sided and complex workpieces. With short travel paths and a compact footprint, the Haas UMC-500SS is suitable for machining small parts.
HAAS Super Mini Mill
The new HAAS Super Mini Mill is an ideal entry-level model. The redesigned 3-axis machining center is stabler, faster and more versatile than its predecessor model – one of the most commonly used in Switzerland!
HAAS CM-1
The compact CM-1 milling machine is a high-precision solution with a small footprint for large series manufacturing and for production of prototypes for small 2D/3D precision parts, such as are found in the watchmaking sector and in the communications industry, in aerospace, and in medical engineering.
HAAS Desktop Mill
The HAAS desktop mill is the ultimate training machine for schools and higher education. Controlled by a HAAS CNC controller with the full range of functions, situated in our portable simulator housing, this desktop milling machine is perfectly suited for teaching the principles of programming and operation of a CNC mill. Designed for cutting plastics and machinable wax, it is also an ideal choice for home workshop and garage mechanics.
ZORN microone
The Zorn Micro One is an extremely compact and small precision machining center for milling, drilling and grinding miniature parts using coordinated movement, including modular construction. The interaction of the solid granite foundation with the temperature-controlled spindle and the axes, therefore, enables a maximum of repeat accuracy.
EMCO MAXXTURN 25
The EMCO MAXXTURN 25. The perfect solution for the complete machining of small parts. Compact,
economical and highly precise. Suitable for bar parts up to a diameter of 25 mm and chucked parts up to Ø 85 mm. Fitted with a counter spindle, Y-axis and driven tools. The tool turret offers space for 12 VDI16 tool holders. Through a total of 36 indexing positions, the number of tools can be increased up to 42 cutting edges. The MAXXTURN 25 is available with Siemens or Fanuc control.

HAAS DT-2
The DT-2 is a compact high-speed boring/ tapping center with extensive milling functions. The high-performance tapered spindle with in-line direct drive facilitates fast thread tapping. Thanks to a side-mounted, high-speed tool changer, this machine with its 20 magazine slots keeps non-production time short, while the high axle acceleration further shortens cycle times and reduces idle time still further.
HAAS ST-25Y with bar holder
The ST-25Y is the result of the newly-designed, best-selling turning center of the HAAS ST-25 series. This innovative CNC machine wins on account of robustness, improved cutting performance and a wide range of options that increase productivity.
HAAS ST-20Y
The ST-20Y is the best-selling turning center from HAAS. With its enlarged spindle bore it offers an extended diameter range for rods, while the longer X-axis travel allows the machining of a diversity of workpieces to be perfected. WLAN connectivity as standard enables seamless integration and remote monitoring. The ST20Y from HAAS is therefore ideal for high-volume, high-productivity environments.
HAAS ST-30
In relative terms the ST-30 has a medium-sized footprint yet offers a generous working area. This machine offers the best price-performance ratio in its class and thus the best added value. It is ideal for high-productivity applications and is focused on flexibility in setup and on high thermal stability.
HAAS VF-4SS mit HRT210
The VF-4SS is the best-selling medium-sized vertical machining center (VMC) from HAAS. The high-performance super-speed vertical machining center provides a high spindle speed, fast rapid traverses and simple tool changing, which is indispensable for short cycle times in a mass production environment.
HAAS VF6/50 mit HRT210
The VF series machining centers, which include the VF6/50, offer outstanding performance characteristics plus countless possibilities for adaptation to specific, individual requirements. This machine is ideal for processing tough materials and for using cutting tools with larger diameters.
HAAS Trainee Concept
The specialists of tomorrow are trained at URMA. We place great value on a high-quality training path for our budding polymechanics. We therefore provide our apprentices with two advanced CNC-controlled machines for training purposes. The TM-1P and the TL-1 from HAAS, as well as the EMCOMAT FB-3 and 20D from EMCO are ideal for gathering practical experience on lathe machines.
TM-1P
The TM-1P uses standard SK-40 tools, which are easy to learn and easy to use. They are therefore ideal for use in apprenticeships and ongoing training or as an entry-level model for your production facility. This HAAS lathe also features an automatic tool changer with 10 magazine slots and a high-speed spindle.
TL-1
The HAAS TL-1 is easy to operate and is thus ideal for beginners and apprentices. It can be powered from a 1-phase or 3-phase supply and is a cost-effective alternative to conventional lathes.
EMCOMAT FB-3
The EMCOMAT FB-3 is ideal for tool and mold making, for equipment and prototype manufacturing and small-series production. It has also met with great success in schools and training workshops. As the smallest in EMCO’s range of milling machines, the FB-3 is built to meet the highest standards of precision and flexibility - and all at an unbeatable price.
EMCOMAT 20D
EMCOMAT 20D systems is popular because it is easy to operate, ergonomic and come equipped with a high-tech 3-axis digital display, 999 tool positions, 999 contour points, constant cutting speed, and infinitely variable control.

EOS Formiga P 110 Velocis
The EOS Formiga P 110 Velocis is a proven entry-level system for high-performance additive manufacturing. It features outstanding part quality, high productivity and low part costs and is particularly well suited for series production of small to medium-sized parts.
DyeMansion Powershot C
Automated de-powdering, gentle surface treatment and high operating comfort: with the DyeMansion Powershot C, a medium-sized build job can be cleaned in less than ten minutes. The special blasting material is compatible with all common powder bed technologies.
DyeMansion Powershot S
The surface of the component is cleaned with a special jet to remove powder or dust residues. The DyeMansion Powershot S is capable of giving objects a unique satin finish in 15 minutes or less, greatly increasing your productivity and part quality.
DyeMansion DM60
Automated de-powdering, gentle surface treatment and high operating comfort: with the DyeMansion Powershot C, a medium-sized build job can be cleaned in ten minutes or less. The special blasting material is compatible with all common powder bed technologies.
Solukon SFM-AT350
The SFM-AT350 is suitable for medium-sized beam-melted metal parts. The system supports components weighing up to 132 lb. The SFM-AT350 has a large chamber volume and great freedom of movement. Complex motion sequences can be programmed quickly and easily.

Milling
With MX diamond, URMA offers a modular milling tool for non-ferrous metal machining. Thanks to the large number of PCD cutting edges, this face milling cutter is ideally suited for machining aluminum and non-ferrous metals in high volumes.
Reaming

Drilling
